The Cargo Mine is a vertical gold mine with eight levels.  The bottom reaches of the mine at more than 600 feet deep.  The mine contains fascinating timbering and shoring and a number of large caverns.  We spend thirteen hours in the mine and were still unable to fully explore all the levels.
